Job summary

FirstCash is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in El Paso, TX. You’ll greet customers, assist with sales and loans, process transactions accurately, and maintain clean displays in a fast-paced pawn shop environment.

We offer competitive pay ($11.00–$13.00/hr) plus commission, earned wage access, employee discounts, benefits, and 401(k) auto-enrollment after 6 months. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays and bilingual applicants are encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work with a diverse clientele.

• Comfort with basic math and using checkout systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain terms and complete paperwork for pawn/short-term loans.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately per guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations including opening/closing tasks.
