Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. in El Paso, TX is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to provide customer-focused support on sales and pawn services. You will earn $11.00–$13.00 per hour plus commission and enjoy employee discounts and benefits.

Greet customers, explain loan terms, process transactions accurately, and keep the showroom tidy. The role requires a flexible schedule and bilingual abilities are encouraged. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to assist customers and retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
