Job summary

FirstCash is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Texas to engage customers with sales and loan services and to facilitate a smooth in-store experience. You’ll help customers, explain loan terms, and process transactions while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and completing paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
