Job summary

AT&T in Farragut, TN is seeking an energetic Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose from our full suite of products, including the latest devices and services. You will engage customers with a consultative approach and work to meet sales targets while earning commissions.

The role includes participating in in-store events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to customers. A flexible schedule, including weekends, is required, with 40 hours weekly and advanced shift planning.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet your goals.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options with a consultative sales approach.
• Participate in events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2-week advance seniority-based schedules.
• Meet and attempt to exceed sales targets and earn uncapped commissions.
