AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Hixson, TN to guide customers with a consultative approach, helping them assess options for devices, plans and services. You’ll contribute to the community through events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to potential customers, all while building meaningful connections.

You will work a 9am–9pm shift (weekends) with 40 hours weekly and can earn uncapped commissions when you meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
