Job summary

AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Chattanooga. You will use a consultative approach to help customers choose devices and services, assist with online orders, and participate in events. A weekend schedule is common, with monthly advance planning and ongoing coaching to reach goals.

Beginning with training and support, you’ll grow sales skills and earn commissions as you meet targets in a fast-paced retail environment. AT&T offers comprehensive benefits and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide tools, training and coaching.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, with 9am–9pm hours.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Fill online orders and assist customers on the sales floor.
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Aim to meet sales targets and earn commissions.
