You will guide options, assist with online orders, and reach out to potential customers while supporting community events. Schedule includes weekends with a 9am–9pm window and 2 weeks of advance scheduling.

Base pay ranges with uncapped commissions, emphasizing performance and service quality; prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus.

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules 2 weeks in advance.
