Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant for the Montgomeryville, PA area. You’ll engage customers with a consultative approach, assist with devices and services, and participate in community events. Expect a customer-focused environment with outbound calls and online order processing.

You’ll work 9am–9pm, including weekends, with scheduling that reflects seniority. Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and training is provided to help you reach your goals.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules announced 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment, staying flexible and open to change to meet customer needs.
