Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Scranton, PA. You’ll engage customers with a consultative approach, guide them through device plans and services, and help meet sales targets with uncapped commissions. You’ll also participate in events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to grow the customer base.

The role requires flexibility to work 9am–9pm, including weekends, and may include seniority-based scheduling. Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
