AT&T in Baton Rouge, LA is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose the right wireless solutions. You’ll use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options and close sales, earning commissions on performance.

You’ll participate in community events, process online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Training is provided to build product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• You’ll be provided with tools, training and coaching to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment; flexibility and adaptability help meet evolving customer needs.
