Job summary

AT&T in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose from our full suite of devices and services. You’ll apply a consultative sales approach, guide options, and work toward meeting sales targets with uncapped commissions.

You'll join a fast-paced environment, participate in community events, handle online orders, and make outbound calls to prospects. A flexible schedule, including weekends, helps us serve customers when they need us.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!
• You’ll meet and aim to exceed sales targets with uncapped commission.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
