Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to be at the center of customer engagement, helping people choose devices and services. You’ll use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options and meet targets while earning uncapped commissions.

You’ll participate in events, process online orders, and reach out to existing and potential customers. The role requires flexibility for 9am–9pm shifts, including weekends, with advanced scheduling.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching to help you meet your goals.
• Ability to meet sales targets and earn commission.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor using a consultative approach to guide options.
• Help customers choose products and services that fit their needs.
• Fill online orders and contact existing and potential customers by phone or outbound calls.
• Work a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends; seniority-based schedules released two weeks in advance.
