AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in North Dartmouth, MA. You will use a consultative approach to guide customers through options and close sales, earning commission on top of a base and uncapped incentives.

You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with a 40-hour work week and advance notice of seniority-based shifts. Join a fast-paced team with ongoing training and coaching, events participation, and opportunities to grow within a nationwide company.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Willing to learn the tools, training and coaching provided to help you meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor with product options and questions.
• Guide customers through services and products, aiming to meet sales targets.
• Participate in store events, process online orders and make outbound calls to customers.
