You’ll work a 40-hour schedule, 9am–9pm including weekends, with opportunities for uncapped commissions. Training is provided; prior retail or customer-facing experience helps, and you’ll join a team that serves the community.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to guide customers through options with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders and outbound calls.
• Work a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, with 2-week advance schedules.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and evolving customer needs.
• Training and coaching provided to help meet and exceed goals.
