PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for La Plaza to deliver a great in-store experience for Express and Bonobos customers. You will assist with stocking, cleaning, folding merchandise, and other tasks to support sales floor operations.

The role requires high school or equivalent, 0–2 years of retail experience, proficiency with iPad and registers, and availability including nights and weekends. Training will cover customer service excellence and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting rooms, and stock room.
• Follow company policies to ensure safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launches according to SOP.
• Provide a Great Customer Experience.
• Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait time.
• Resolve customer service issues and escalate when needed.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Other essential functions as directed by management.
