Ashley Furniture is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to transform store guests into loyal customers and help them design rooms they love. You will be the in-store expert on home furnishings, creating inspiration and excitement around Ashley’s products.

This role thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and rewards world-class service, with opportunities to grow in retail lifestyle sales. Flex hours and customer engagement are key aspects of the position.

Competenze

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with easy communication.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to inspire action and motivate others.

Mansioni

• Deliver world-class service and delight guests.
• Provide a welcoming, professional presence at the front desk.
• Process sales orders accurately and maintain cash handling procedures.
• Assist guests with credit applications and financing as required.
• Address customer concerns independently when possible.
• Assist with store opening/closing activities and daily checks.

• Aim to meet and exceed sales goals and KPI targets.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
