Ashley Furniture is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to transform store guests into loyal customers. As the expert on home furnishings, you guide guests, create inspiration, and help design rooms they will love.

This role is ideal for a focused, ambitious sales professional in lifestyle retail. You’ll provide world-class service at the front desk, process sales, assist with credit applications, and support store operations, including opening/closing and inventory checks, in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Minimum 18 years old
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Transform store guests into loyal customers through world-class service
• Provide outstanding service at the front desk and engage guests while representing the brand
• Process sales orders, assist with credit applications and financing, document transactions
• Address customer concerns independently when possible
• Assist with opening/closing activities, cash reconciliation, and daily checklists
• Support inventory management and loss prevention, participate in bi-annual counts
• Meet/exceed sales goals and align to KPIs
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
