Ashley Furniture is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to transform store guests into loyal customers and to guide them in selecting home furnishings that reflect their lives. You will create inspiration, enthusiasm, and excitement about Ashley’s products in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1 year of customer service or sales experience, flexibility to work weekends and holidays, and strong communication with a welcoming frontline presence.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, and assist with financing matters.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk presence and represent the brand image.
• Address customer concerns independently when possible.
• Assist with store opening/closing, cash reconciliation, and daily checklists.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention activities.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPI targets.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
