• Process sales orders accurately and handle cash or financing questions with documentation.
• Address customer concerns independently when possible.
• Assist with store opening/closing and cash reconciliation.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention, including bi-annual checks.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPI targets.
• Perform additional tasks as needed by management.
