Job summary

Sun Com is seeking an in-person Retail Sales Consultant to exceed monthly sales quotas and deliver high-quality sales across handsets, plans, and accessories. You will follow company guidance, model best practices for new hires, and perform other duties as assigned by management.

You will also handle store operations, adhere to policies, master key systems, review paperwork for accuracy, protect assets, and ensure storefront presentation. Bilingual Spanish is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Spanish language ability preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management guidance.
• Model best practices to help new hires and peers.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
• Adhere to policies and procedures as outlined in the Handbook and company communications.
• Master required systems (Aktivate, ADP, Cricket Learning, etc.).
• Regularly review sales paperwork for discrepancies.
• Protect company assets and avoid fraudulent purchases.
• Complete store opening/closing checklists accurately and on time.
• Notify supervisors of inventory deficiencies.
• Safeguard codes and passwords (RQ4, Carrier logins, Email, Security).
• Maintain store appearance and complete trainings within the timeline.
