Job summary

Sun Com is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to join our in-person team. You will focus on meeting and exceeding monthly sales quotas while delivering high quality guidance on handsets, plans, features and accessories.

Key requirements include being 18+, 4 days per week, standing for long periods, and reliable transportation to attend training and off-site meetings. Spanish language is preferred for customer interactions.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories.
• Follow policies and procedures outlined in the Handbook and Sun Com documents.
• Maintain store appearance and complete required training on time.
