Sun Com Mobile, LLC is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to deliver high quality sales that meet company benchmarks. You will promote handsets, rate plans, features and accessories while following management guidance and company policies.

The role requires at least 18 years old, the ability to stand for long periods, and reliable transportation to the store. Bilingual Spanish is preferred and on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience of 1 year preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that meet or exceed benchmarks.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per guidance.
• Serve as a role model and assist new hires and peers.
• Handle daily tasks and store operations under management guidance.
