Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Consultant to join our Winnsboro, SC team. You will drive monthly sales quotas, deliver high-quality sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, and model best practices for new hires.

This in-person role requires at least 4 days/30 hours per week, the ability to stand for long periods, reliable transportation, and a preference for Spanish. Benefits include 401(k) with matching, health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Able to stand for long periods of time; reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, per guidance and benchmarks set by management.
• Practice behaviors to generate and maximize sales and key metrics as indicated by management.
• Perform as a role model and assist new hires and peer Retail Sales Consultants.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by management.
• Adhere to all store policies and paperwork procedures; master required systems.
• Follow cash depositing procedures and safeguard company assets.
