You will operate the fitting room, process shipments, assist with cashier duties, maintain store standards, and participate in special projects. The role requires strong communication, physical stamina, and availability on weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to calculate discounts and percentages.
• Able to stand long hours and lift at least 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.).
• Utilize the UNIQLO service standard and say the 6 standard phrases.
• Assist with the fitting room and operate when required.
• Process shipments and ensure merchandise is on the floor.
• Support management to identify and resolve store issues.
• Provide product and brand knowledge to customers.
• Follow company policies and report infractions.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
