Job summary

FAST RETAILING CO., LTD. in Newark, Delaware is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to be the customer service specialist of the store.

You will listen to customer needs, present products, and help close sales while maintaining brand standards and visual presentation. You will be expected to stand for long periods, assist with fitting rooms, operate as cashier when needed, process shipments, and share product knowledge to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain brand and store standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.).
• Pro-actively assist customers by listening to needs and recommending products.
• Assist with fitting rooms and act as cashier when required by following cashier protocol.
• Process shipments and ensure merchandise is represented on the floor in full size runs.
• Assist management to identify and resolve issues in the store.
• Provide product and brand knowledge to customers.
• Follow all company policies and notify management of infractions.
