Job summary

Costello’s Ace Hardware in Virginia/Laurel seeks a Retail Sales Associate to guide customers through the shopping experience, assist with product selection, and process purchases at the register. You will be friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, staying on task, and supporting teammates with daily operations and merchandising. Prior retail experience and bilingual ability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail Sales experience 1 year (Preferred)
• Retail Math experience 1 year (Preferred)
• Bi-lingual (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with buying process.
• Answer customer questions and provide information on procedures and policies.
• Maintain workstation readiness and merchandising standards.
• Handle ringing transactions accurately on the POS register.
• Assist in training and development of peers.
