Job summary

Wild Bill's Tobacco is seeking a friendly, energetic Retail Associate to greet customers, answer phones, assess needs, and build relationships to suggest products. You will be a brand ambassador in a fast-paced store.

You may open/close the store, handle cash and deposits, stock shelves, keep the back room clean, and travel within a 15-mile radius for shift coverage. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail environments and customer service preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers visiting the store, including greeting, answering phones, and assessing their needs in a positive manner.
• Answer questions and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
• Create relationships with customers to suggest products.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Promote the brand inside and outside the store/retail location.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and assist with all store functions.
• Open and close the store, handle cash, inventory counts, and deposits as required.
