Job summary

Wild Bill's Tobacco is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team. With over 200 locations and 900 employees, we value customer service, product knowledge, and a positive attitude on the sales floor.

You will greet customers, answer questions, maintain store appearance, assist with opening/closing, and work shifts up to 12 hours, with up to 50 lbs lift. Must be 21+, high school diploma, retail experience, and flexible scheduling; full-time positions include health and

Qualifications

• Completion of high school or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in retail environments and customer service.
• Professional, energetic and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills.
• Flexible scheduling availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers visiting the store.
• Answer phones, and assess customer needs.
• Create relationships with customers to suggest products.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Promote the brand inside and outside the store/retail location.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, well-stocked store.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Ability to travel within a 15-mile radius for shift coverage.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and deposits.
