Job summary

Wild Bill’s Tobacco is hiring for a part-time retail associate. You will greet customers, handle inquiries, and suggest products to meet sales targets. The role requires friendly service, product knowledge, and adherence to store standards.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, cash handling, and ensuring a clean, well-stocked store. A 15-mile travel window for shifts may apply; training and growth opportunities are emphasized in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in retail environments and customer service.
• Professional, energetic and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills.
• Flexible scheduling availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to store visitors, including greeting and answering phones.
• Respond to questions and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
• Create relationships with customers to suggest products and meet sales goals.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote the brand inside and outside the store.
• Assist with all store functions in compliance with company policies.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and proper cash handling.
• Travel within a 15-mile radius for shift coverage as needed.
• Open/close the store and operate the facility following control standards.
