Wild Bill’s Tobacco Staffing LLC is seeking a customer-focused associate to provide friendly service, answer questions, and help customers choose products in a high-energy retail setting.

You will work to meet sales goals, gain product knowledge, and support store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and maintaining a clean store area. The role requires a 21+ year old candidate with retail experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in retail environments and customer service.
• Professional, energetic and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills.
• Flexible scheduling availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to store visitors, greet customers and assess needs.
• Answer questions and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
• Build relationships with customers to suggest products.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Gain product knowledge to become the store expert.
• Promote the brand inside and outside the store to solicit new business.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and comply with policies.
