Wild Bill’s Tobacco is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to join our local store team. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help customers find products while promoting sales and building relationships.

The role requires strong communication, a positive attitude, and flexibility in scheduling. You will work on a full-time basis with opportunities for growth, including store-wide responsibilities and occasional marketing support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 21 years old.
• Experience in retail and customer service preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible scheduling availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer phones, and assess needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Promote products and build relationships to meet sales goals.
• Open/close store and handle cash, inventory, deposits per policy.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and assist with marketing efforts.
• Ability to travel within a 15-mile radius for shift coverage.
• Perform various tasks as assigned by management.
