Job summary

Fabletics is seeking motivated Store Associates for the Tanger Outlets Fort Worth location in Fort Worth, TX. You will help customers connect their online and in-store experiences using engaging product knowledge and friendly service.

You’ll work with a dynamic team to drive sales, maintain store standards, and participate in events and promotions while ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for shoppers throughout all shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products and fabrics is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with product knowledge and provide exceptional service.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions to boost sales.
