Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail, knowledge of active lifestyle activities, and strong interpersonal skills. The role supports a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with active lifestyle topics (yoga, cycling, running, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and share knowledge on fabrics, features, and fit.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines for easy shopping.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager.
