Job summary

Fabletics is seeking Seasonal Part-Time Store Associates for University Park Village in Ft. Worth, TX. You will provide a best-in-class retail experience, helping customers explore fabrics, fit, and product features while working with a dynamic team.

This 3–4 month seasonal position involves flexible hours, in-store engagement, and meeting sales goals. You will support merchandising, inventory, and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility in scheduling; evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift 10–30 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a best-in-class retail store experience to customers.
• Explain fabrics, features, fit and function of products.
• Engage customers in-store and at events to drive sales and loyalty.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines and visual standards.
• Assist in inventory handling as required.
• Strive to meet and exceed store objectives for sales and efficiency.
• Maintain safety and security standards in the store.
• Assist with general store operations as needed.
