Job summary

Sun Com is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Myrtle Beach to exceed monthly sales quotas and deliver high quality sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories. You will follow company guidance and benchmarks set by management to maximize key metrics and support new hires.

The role requires in-person work, the ability to stand for long periods, and reliable transportation. Spanish preferred; benefits include 401(k), health and dental insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per company guidance.
• Follow management's instructions and best practices to maximize sales and metrics.
• Serve as a role model and assist new hires and peers.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain store appearance and complete required training on schedule.
• Record time & attendance accurately in the system.
