Job summary

Sun Com is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to work in person in Marion, NC. The role focuses on exceeding monthly sales quotas, driving sales of handsets, rate plans and accessories, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old, available minimum 4 days/30 hours per week, and able to stand for long periods. Spanish preferred. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per company guidance and benchmarks set by management.
• Model behaviors and assist new hires and peers.
• Adhere to all company policies and paperwork procedures.
• Master required systems and cash procedures.
• Open/close store with accurate checklists and zero errors.
• Protect assets and prevent fraudulent purchases.
• Communicate inventory deficiencies to supervisors.
• Maintain store appearance and complete trainings on time.
