Qualifications

• Retail sales experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmarks on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management guidance.
• Follow policies and procedures as outlined in the Handbook and Sun Com policy documents.
• Maintain store appearance and complete required training within the timeline established by management.
