Job summary

Sun Com is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to work in person in Johnson City, TN. You will exceed monthly sales quotas by promoting handsets, plans, features, and accessories, following management benchmarks and company guidance.

You will also adhere to policies, complete required paperwork, and support store operations. Responsibilities include maintaining store appearance, assisting new hires, safeguarding assets, and ensuring accurate time and attendance with RQ4.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas and deliver high quality sales that exceed company benchmarks.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management guidance.
• Follow policies and paperwork procedures and maintain store assets.
• Open/close the store with accurate checklists and report inventory deficiencies.
