Job summary

Sun Com is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to join our in-person team in Georgia. You will exceed monthly sales quotas, promote handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, and model best practices for new hires.

You will also handle store operations, follow policies, maintain assets, protect passwords, complete checklists, and ensure accurate paperwork. Bilingual Spanish preferred; 18+ and 30 hrs/week minimum.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally able to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.
• Work in person at store location.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas and deliver high quality sales.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories.
• Follow management benchmarks and best practices.
• Support new hires and peers as a role model.
• Adhere to store policies, paperwork procedures and cash handling.
• Maintain store appearance and safeguard assets.
• Open/close store with accurate checklists and report inventory issues.
