Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC, doing business as Express, seeks a Retail Sales Associate for the Woodlands store. You will create a welcoming in-store experience and assist with stocking, cleaning and folding merchandise to maintain an inviting shop floor.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean sales floor, following safety policies, supporting product launches, and processing transactions efficiently. You’ll engage customers to boost loyalty programs and support team goals.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or equivalent.
• 0-2 years retail experience preferred; 6 months minimum.
• Proficient with iPad and point-of-sale registers.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and non-business hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room and stock room.
• Follow policies to keep associates and customers safe.
• Assist with product launches per SOP.
• Provide a great customer experience and service.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when needed.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
