Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Moore Station, TX seeks a customer service/retail associate to deliver stellar service, process sales, and support customers with financing needs.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service or sales, are 18+, and legally authorized to work in the US. You must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and be willing to participate in cash handling duties as part of a full-time role with benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Ability to lift and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately process sales orders and adhere to cash handling protocols.
• Assist customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPI targets.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities including cash reconciliation.
