Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
• Must be able to: Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
• Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
• Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
• Meeting daily sales goal challenges
• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information
• Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities; you can work on your own but are great with team dynamics
• You can handle electronic devices with no problem

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help create a warm, welcoming shopping experience on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms.
• Support achievement of selling goals through customer engagement and smart selling behaviors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting selling space; assist with merchandise moves and floor recovery.
• Explain loyalty benefits and credit options to customers and help build lasting relationships.
• Finish interactions with a thank-you and ensure customers have what they need for a positive exit.
