Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports store culture through honesty, integrity and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising and follows procedures.
• Processes and prepares merchandise for sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness of the store.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
