Spectrum is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to be the face of our store and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer care. You will promote and sell our portfolio of internet, TV, mobile and voice services to both new and existing customers, helping them choose plans that fit their needs.

As part of a fast-paced team, you’ll develop product knowledge, build lasting relationships, handle transactions accurately and strive to meet sales goals with integrity and enthusiasm.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• Comfort with personal technology and computer applications.
• English reading, writing, speaking proficiency with multitasking ability.
• 1-3 years of sales/customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades
