Spectrum is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to promote and sell our portfolio of products and services to both existing and new customers. You will be the face of Spectrum in-store, delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales.

The role supports a fast-paced team environment with a focus on product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and visual standards. A high school diploma and strong interpersonal skills are required for success.

• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• High comfort level with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms and proficiency in computer applications.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively.
