Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist in California to promote and sell our portfolio of products and services to customers in-store. You’ll be the face of Spectrum, driving sales while delivering exceptional customer care and a welcoming store environment.

You will handle transactions, stay informed about pricing and promotions, and participate in ongoing training to meet and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• Comfort with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced team environment.
