Job summary

Cash America Pawn in Sebring, FL is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate. You will greet customers, assist with pawn and loan products, process sales and payments, and keep the floor organized while delivering excellent service.

This role offers hourly pay between $14 and $17 plus unlimited commission, with benefits and a schedule that fits a retail environment. Prior experience is helpful, bilingual applicants are encouraged, and wage access benefits may be available.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Complete required training and follow company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
