Cash America Pawn is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to provide outstanding customer service, process pawn and loan transactions, and help customers find the right merchandise. Earn 15.00–18.00 per hour plus unlimited commission in a fast-paced retail environment.

You'll work with a variety of products, maintain the sales floor, and help customers with financing options while adhering to company policies. Benefits include discounts, benefits, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise; firearms in FFL locations with certification provided.
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and completing paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
