The role involves assisting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining organized displays. Ideal candidates are 18+, able to stand and lift, with a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise and firearms in FFL locations (certification provided).
• Willingness to assist customers and work with a team.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain terms and complete paperwork for pawn and short-term loans.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately per company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations including opening/closing tasks.
