Job summary

Cash America Pawn is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in West Palm Beach, FL to deliver outstanding customer service, assist with pawn and loan services, and drive sales. The role offers $17.00–$20.00 per hour plus Unlimited Commission and the chance to earn more through performance-based incentives.

You’ll greet customers, explain terms, process paperwork, maintain shelves, handle cash, and support daily store operations. A flexible weekend schedule and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
